Who We Are
Hearth is a Boston-based nonprofit working to end elder homelessness. We’ve been serving the community for over 30 years, providing housing and supportive services to older adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
What We Do
We offer permanent, affordable housing with on-site support for individuals aged 50 and older. Our services include care coordination, health and wellness programs, and case management to help residents maintain stability and independence. We also operate a street outreach team that connects unhoused elders with housing and resources across Greater Boston.
